In another life, we interviewed Kali Uchis before she was very famous, and honestly, she was incredibly pleasant and was especially mean about the girls from her school who liked Chris Brown. She was good value and then went off with her manager to Nando’s, where we worried that she might get a bad idea of what junk chicken was like in the UK.
