Kaytranada and Aminé are a match made in heaven really, so it’s nice that they’re teaming up again (they’ve worked with each other a bunch before) on a project called KAYTRAMINÉ.

Initially, we heard about this via a video on Instagram where their names are being presented on a lovely, orange MPC looking thing.

Then, there was a song. It’s a little head-nodder and features Pharrell and, surprisingly for us, we heard Pharrell’s voice and wondered if we’d ever really enjoy hearing him sing again as it feels like he’s been dialling it in for ages.

We absolutely will enjoy hearing him again because he’s a legend, but still, a fleeting thought worth sharing.

Anyway, Kaytranada and Aminé are ace and the logo they’ve chosen for themselves is cool, so we’re super keen to hear what they’ve hatched up together. Have a listen to this new song now, and of course, we fully expect this to be a little taster of a release that will have way better stuff on it. Fingers crossed!
