There’s a new tune from OSEES called ‘GOON’ and honestly, it’s like someone dropping an anvil on your head from the top of some flats. We mean that in a good way of course.

And you might be like ‘wasn’t their a band called The Oh Sees as well?’ It’s the same crowd. See, the band change their name all the time. They’ve been called Orinoka Crash Suite, OCS, Orange County Sound, The Ohsees, The Oh Sees, Thee Oh Sees, Oh Sees, and at the moment, OSEES.

Why? Well, head honcho of the band John Dwyer says: “It seems to aggravate the press, which to me is great. I have nothing but contempt for the music press.”

Sincerely, what a fine reason for fucking around.

Anyway, this ace new one is from new LP ‘Intercepted Message’ and the video features a very muscly man who is pretty fun to look at, so if you like growling, gurgling punk, you’re in for a fantastic time with this.
