The Pop Corporation

Looks like Paul McCartney – the greatest living human on planet earth – is planning a big ol’ tour, which is great news for those of us who like seeing someone take yet another victory lap for a frankly absurd life of insane quality. On his social channels, it said ‘GOT TO GET YOU INTO MY LIFE!’, which is of course, a reference to the bounciest track on The Beatles’ ‘Revolver’.

Now, an Australian gig giant called Frontier Touring have shared the same thing, so this is either a tour of Down Under, or more excitingly, a world tour. Like a big, proper, massive world tour.

The last shows Macca did were in 2022, where of course, he headlined Glastonbury. Incidentally, we were very pleased he played from from his ‘NEW’ LP during that gig. He always includes stuff for the proper heads, doesn’t he? Good lad. Go on, Sir Paul.

This follows the news that Macca and Ringo have finished up a track which will be the last Beatle release. Very exciting and emotional stuff.

Anyway, if this is a big tour, hopefully, there’ll be plenty of tickets to go around and we won’t all be virtually trampling each other to bits trying to land one. He’ll be worth it, for sure.
