The Pop Corporation

We don’t know a huge amount about Föllakzoid so we looked them up. They’re Chilean, they’ve collabed with Atom™ and J Spaceman from Spiritualized, and most importantly, have a new and huge techno whumper out called ‘V-II’.

Apparently, this is the first new music in quite a few years and there’ll be an album out in September on Sacred Bones. We hear they’re known for trace inducing rhythms but we don’t know what style that has taken in the past. On the strength of this track, we’re definitely going to find out more, because this is a gem.

It can be incredibly difficult to say exactly why a techno track is great because some just are, and some just aren’t. This is a beaut.
