We get it.

However, if you want some dramatic tension building, then this clip is a mind-blower.

Your two favourite Mormons, singing “your everlasting summer and you can see it fading fast, so you grab a piece of something that you think is gonna last”, for starters.

Then, it dawns on you that someone is doing a dance routine to some trademark Steely Dan cynicism.

And when the beautiful harmonies subside, they make way for a troupe of ice skaters (“Go ice skaters!”), who do a turn to the chorus in half speed, coupled with a coquettish “are you gatherin’ up the tears honey!“

It’s cute. It’s funny. It’s bewildering. It might be over their heads, or they might be in on the joke.
