Bob James is cool. We all know that. When the GZA sampled ‘Nautilus’ for Ghostface’s ‘Daytona 500′, he knew Bob James was cool. Of course, Bob James’ ‘Angela’ is one of the coolest TV theme tunes of all time, as anyone who watched Taxi will testify.

So, with that, we stumbled across a super cool clip on Bob James’ YouTube channel where he’s playing ‘Angela’ live as part of a trio and not only do you get a cool performance, but the two lads backing our Bob pull some really spectacular jazz faces while they’re playing. Almost worth the entry fee all by themselves.
