Confidence Man are the funnest thing around and if you’re feeling cynical about them, you need to sort yourself out. ConMan are not that deep. Big bangers. Daft dance routines. Pure hedonism and self aware. Get on it for a good time, not a long time etc.
Well, they’ve got a new song and a mix to listen to.
They have a new ‘Fabric Presents…’ mix and the new single is called ‘Break It Down (On The Bassline)’, which is exactly the kind of vague party instruction you want from ConMan.
The mix is described in the press release as a “bunch of songs that we’ve been playing at parties and DJ sets etc combined with a bunch of older tunes we’ve loved for ages.”
They continued: “Also a bunch of tunes sent thru from friends we also dig. Were tryin to make something we’d love to dance to.” And on today’s collaboration, IN2STELLAR adds: “We’ve had countless nights out partying / clubbing with Confidence Man and have always bonded over our shared love for early 2000s club bangers and DJing. To us this track feels like all of those nights out together rolled into one and is definitely one for the club!!”
You can preorder ‘Fabric Presents Confidence Man’ which will be released on August 23rd, which is usually a bank holiday, which is ideal really. You can pre-order/pre-save it here.
We’re not giving you the tracklist as you’ll end up making your own playlist and that defeats the whole purpose of things.
