We were reading about tg.blk over at another site and liked what we heard. Instead of hoarding this information to ourselves, we thought we would share it here, because that’s what good people do. Seriously – stop hoarding music to yourself – nobody wins when you do that.

tg.blk have a new six track EP out called ‘ITS NOT THAT DEEP’ and it is a Kenyan release which is very soulful, very psychedelic and reminds us of sweet Neo Soul releases, a bit of Outkast or Earthgang and all manner of fun stuff. The lead track from it is called ‘SUPERSTAR’ and you can listen to that below if you’re bored of reading words already.

There’s not a huge amount of info knocking around about this. You should visit their Soundcloud and show them some love, that’s for sure. Those that are already fans call her “TG” and she’s from Mombassa and there’s an embarrassment of talent with her, so definitely one to keep an eye on. They’re on Spotify too, so stop messing around and get some good stuff in your ears asap.

Here’s another cut to vibe along with too. Different from the above, so there’s a breadth to TG’s stuff and we’re getting ahead of ourselves and excited.
