The wonderful Pet Shop Boys have announced a new set of fine bone china, because why the hell not? They’re the Pet Shop Boys – they can do whatever they want.
This set celebrates their first release and is part of the ‘Pet Shop Boys Since 1984’ range and was designed by Farrow, along with the boys themselves. The set will be manufactured by Duchess China in Stoke-on-Trent, and the whole thing is so elegantly camp that we can hardly stand it.
You’ll be able to get a teapot, a milk jug and a sugar bowl and you can see what they look like in a video below. Prices start at £200, so they’re likely to be appealing to the completists and collectors.
They go on sale November 20th and you can pre-order them here, if you’re really keen.
