There’s something incredibly comforting about hearing a beat from DJ Premier and Guru rapping over the top of it. While Guru may have departed, Preemo has some vocals in the banks and he’s lovingly put together a new track called ‘Finishem’, which will have you rolling back the years with a super vibey, boom-bap flow.

Back in 2019, Premier released ‘One of the Best Yet’ which featured posthumous takes from Guru, but there was still more music to be had. Celebrating the fifth anniversary of the LP, here’s a brand new track for serious heads only.

It is exactly what you want it to be. Lovely stuff.
