We’re not trying to be That Guy by getting excited about a DJ playing vinyl and mixing manually, but it is a treat when someone does a cool set the old way. There’s nothing wrong with the USB stick crew, but allow us to feel nostalgic.

With that, we just finished listening to a brilliant, eclectic mix from Tomoki Tamura, which was done at Yoyaku records. It’s analogue tech, squelchy bits, chuggers and all manner of great stuff that’ll wish you’d caught it in person.

If you’re into DJs going off-piste, playing brilliant records you might not have heard of before, then this is the one for you. Nice dungarees on our boy Tomoko, too!
