Everyone was scrabbling around looking for a password so they could hear Hayley Williams’ new music, we found it, nearly published it before it transpired that she’d removed all the music from her website.
What a palaver.
Well, good news is that she’s officially released the 17 songs for everyone to hear so we don’t have to mess around with all this secrecy, leaving Paramore fans to wonder if this time, this means the group are splitting up again.
Of course, Paramore – now more than ever – seem to be very comfortable with their various side projects and it’s all calm, so don’t be sweating it.
These new tracks aren’t an album – they’re just fun songs to listen to, so while Paramore/Hayley Williams fans can be prone to looking for hidden messages and reasoning in everything, this might just be a case of having some new music to listen to while Hayley and/or Paramore work out what they’re doing next.
