The fragility of the American right-wing is getting increasingly farcical as, thanks to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl half-time show. Despite Puerto Rico being a US territory and Bad Bunny being one of the most celebrated artists of 2025, they want to do their own thing.

At least they’ve took their own advice and will be turning it off and doing something else, instead, right? Sigh. They’re going to be hosting their own Turning Point halftime.

Now, people who don’t like those pesky foreigners-who-actually-aren’t-foreigners will be treated to the ‘All American Halftime Show’. We’ll find out who will be performing soon, but our money is on Kid Rock and the aging Mike Love and John Stamos iteration of The Beach Boys being included.

Turning Point USA devotees can vote to have their say in what they’d like at the show, with options including ‘Worship’ and ‘Americana’, predictably. More surprising you’d think, is the addition of ‘hip hop’, and of course, there’s an option to choose ‘Anything in English’.

That’s not a joke.

This is all to celebrate the vague notions of “faith, family and freedom”, while Turning Point trying and capitalise on the momentum they think they have after the murder of founder Charlie Kirk, despite various right-wing celebrities seemingly having moved on from the grisly event.

Amusingly, a poster for the event has been shared. Obviously AI, and featuring a killer kiss-off at the end which says there’ll be a guest appearance from ‘Measles’, the poster was shared by J6er, John Strand.
