The Orielles are back, and that’s great news. They’ve announced a new LP which will be their fourth, called ‘Only You Left’. You’ll be able to hear the whole thing on March 13th, but of course, there’s a new song to tide you over.

The new song is a heavy, psychedelic affair – a touch of Neu! and some of that gritty Northern DIY charm too – and goes by the name of ‘Three Halves’. You can hear that below.

Now, Esmé, Henry, and Sidonie have reformed like Voltron, after the last album.

“You’ve got to die and be reborn between albums,” says Henry. He adds: “As soon as we booked the studios, certain songs just took these paths. We were picturing recording it in this cold, clinical space in Hamburg or this laid back, bohemian, church-esque space in Greece. And then that just completely influenced how we played and how they were written.”
