Canada’s Marie Davidson released some highly rated bits this year, and typically, we completely missed the boat. Her ‘City of Clowns’ has been in for a lot of praise and she’s ending the year with a track from it called ‘Fun Times’.
She says of it: “While touring City Of Clowns, I stumbled on a crazy video using Fun Times audio on an Instagram story, right before our São Paulo show. Next thing I knew, someone backstage was asking me what I thought of it, saying that the guy who did it was his friend. My reply to this was: let’s make it the official video on YouTube! Many thanks to Muriel Burial for this work of art, it encapsulates so well the spirit behind Fun Times.”
