Honestly, we weren’t following the politics of Venezuela too keenly before the country’s president got pinched by the weirdos in the States.

Nicolás Maduro might look like a South American Saddam lookalike these days, which probably helps the MAGA crowd square what they think of the whole thing – however, he was once a noisy young rocker.

Maduro was in a group called Enigma, and they played loud, boots on the ground rock n roll and we have a video of it.

It surprised us honestly. We might need to see what the music situation in ’80s Venezuela is on the strength of this video.
