LOOKING SUITE: BACK AND BRILLIANT

One of our favourite, favourite music project is back with more music. If you haven’t heard Looking Suite, then you’re missing out on some really wonderful ambient, post-noodle, psychedelic improv, nu-age, dream-chug music. It’s hard to pin down what it is exactly, but you’ll feel like you’re hovering while it’s on, and it’s magic.

The ‘More Forever‘ release is one of our favourite things of the last few years and available on a limited run of cassettes. It was languid, fabulous improvised instrumentals with synths, abstract guitars, drum machines and a whole sack full of something mysterious and hazily wonderful.

Now there’s more music, and we’re looking at ‘A Hundred or a Thousand Flowers’.

Looking Suite Chris says: “More improvised pieces made and layered over various afternoons in my spare room. I tried to go deeper than previously, with more layers and self-made synthesiser patches. Which is satisfying, but also means I’m almost certain to never get these exact sounds again. But that’s why I’m glad they’re recorded.”

Click this link to grab your copy. There’ll be tapes soon, but you’ll have to keep an eye out on the Bandcamp yourself for that.
