FROM LITTLE MIX TO UKG: LEIGH ANNE IS BACK WITH A TOTAL BANGER

The fall-out from Little Mix has been a tense affair, so we’re thrilled to not be writing about that so we can focus on something much better – songs that slap.

Leigh-Anne is starting a new chapter in her career and she’s hot out of the gates with ‘Don’t Say Love’ – a love letter to UK Garage that could have easily been some terrible facsimile, but really isn’t. This is going to sound ace on a Friday night and you can almost hear dozens of other popstars scrabbling to copy her and get in on the UKG action.

For pop heads, don’t worry – this is catchy as hell and full of energy. Update your gym playlists or whatever. If there’s any justice, this will be a summer smash and by god we’ve needed something on the airwaves with a bit of personality. You can tell that Leigh Anne had some say in the matter too, as this is obviously something she wanted to do and it’s awesome.
