Tina Weymouth’s group – Talking Heads – are going to get back together. That’s bait, obviously. They’re not planning on stepping on stage to make music together BUT it might be a sign that, in their age, things might be mellowing between the members of the group.

In fact, they’re regrouping for a Q&A with Spike Lee in Toronto and you can watch the event at some IMAX cinemas, so if you’re not in Canada, you can still see them all together, which will absolutely be a lovely thing indeed. We’re assuming they won’t be passive aggressive with each other. That’s a big assumption, we suppose.

Anyway, Tina, David Byrne, Chris Franz, and Jerry Harrison are doing this to celebrate the restoration of ‘Stop Making Sense’ and honestly, you’ve stopped reading this and just want to know where you can get tickets. Before you get too excited, it looks like it’s North America only at the moment, but that might change with demand.

The redone, cleaned up version of the legendary flick will be released in September, and even though we’ve already shared the trailer for the new version already, it won’t hurt to do it again, and we’ll assume you missed us sharing the story the first time around.
