The Ting Tings released a country song a bit ago, and it really surprised everyone. It is nice when a band reconfigures and decides to do as they please. Of course, they originally made danceable indie sleaze with ‘Shut Up And Let Me Go’ and ‘That’s Not My Name’.
Not these days. And there’s a new single which is Fleetwood Mac-ish, West Coast mellow ’70s pop rock, and it is very pleasant.
There’s a new LP called ‘Home’ and the single from it is called ‘Good People Do Bad Things’. If this song intrigues you in any way, the album will be released on June 6th.
