If seems 2027 is aiming toward DIY music being a bit of a glitchfest, with wonky digital beats nestling up next to very human music. We saw it with the new one from Whait, Underscores are fully leftfield electronic pop, and now, Anna McClellan’s new one.

Maybe the glitch comes from Gloorp, who gets a credit on ‘Anywhere’, and it’s all making us feel old, like boomers probably did when they saw Aphex Twin track titles back in ’90s.

It’s all good though, and you should check this out.

‘Anywhere’ is the second single from Anna McClellan’s upcoming EP, “South of Dodge,” due out November 20th via Exploding in Sound Records.
