DJ Koze and Roisin Murphy have worked together before, and they’re at it again, which is great news for feet and ears everywhere. The new one is called ‘CooCool’ and it’s Murphy’s first single released on Ninja Tune.

You can skip all the words if you like and just head to the video below. It’s a great little song so it’d be understandable if you did exactly that.

In a press release, Roisin sez the song is “ostensibly a fragile little flower yet it has great hidden strength at the roots.” What else? “There’s classic virtuosity and a lightness of touch, while DJ Koze’s hyper-modern production makes it bounce and glide. It’s a stupidly romantic little love poem. ‘This thing is way beyond any kind of parody.’ Everything in this song is true and playful.
